When the time for that little something to satisfy your sweet-tooth at a wedding celebration, it doesn’t just stop at cake any more…. As more and more brides and grooms-to-be opt for a different form to show their appreciation to all of those who came to be a part of the most special day of their lives, dessert stations are becoming ever so popular….
It is a spectacular way to add festive flair and instant excitement to your celebration. Having a dessert station gives guests the choice to custom pick as little or as much of exactly what they want and when they want it. It is also functions as a little to go nite bite when the night is over.
There are so many different types of stations you can create deppending on your perrsonal stories and the types of sweets you and your sweetheart love….
Here are a few examples we thought would inspire you to have one at your wedding or your next celebration!
You can have….
Mix your own fruit chocolate Martinis.
Make your own candied apple station.
A Smores Station (My favorite!!)
A cupcake station.

Not every culture follows the same suit when traditionally celebrating a particular event.
For example, at all the Chaldean weddings we do, the couple is anounced at the grand entrance and they go staright to the cake cutting. Before this, the best man opens a bottle of champagne, so the couple can after toast as husband and wife.
This is a different and neat way to welcome your lives as a new team. These are some ideas to incorporate for a little change of pace on some tradition…. whether it be yours or not!!

You spend countless hours choosing the whos and whats and wheres. When the day arrives, the ceremony goes perfectly. The reception hall is beautiful. The flowers have bloomed perfectly. The visual aspects of this day often overshadow the first thing that will hit guests senses as they arrive….the music. The music that is chosen immediately sets the mood. It can reduce noise distraction and make conversations easier when played at the right volume. And of course, the music picked should be personal and meaningful to the bride and groom.
A note to brides-to-be, don’t forget the music!!!
