A Burlap Christmas

We’ve been planning an inspiration shoot (which will be revealed later on!) and we’ve fallen madly in love with burlap! Never in our wildest dreams growing up did we think burlap would become such a chic fabric to work with. Burlap is perfect for vintage and rustic themed weddings and parties. But we love that burlap can be dressed up and transformed for an elegant, upscale affair as well.

So we’re thinking that a BURLAP CHRISTMAS would be so dreamy. It’s warm, rustic, inviting, and easy to work with. We crafted this burlap inspiration board that offers great do-it-yourself ideas as well as suggestions on where to order the burlap products from (mostly from Etsy). Happy holidays!

Vintage Baby Shower Inspiration Board

We’ve got baby fever! One of our nearest-and-dearest is going to have a baby! So we started brainstorming baby shower ideas, and she expressed a love of light blues, greys, yellows, and greens. We thought, “You need a bird cage, and some delicate jars for a candy bar!”Voila… vintage baby shower.

But, we are thrilled by the talent out there, and we’re hoping these images will inspire our client’s vintage baby shower vision. Superbowl/Football Party Ideas

The 46th Superbowl is taking place on February 5, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN with the New England Patriots taking on the New York Giants. We found some great ideas to use if you’re hosting a football or Superbowl party at your home. Just because the sport has been traditionally male dominated doesn’t mean you can’t put a creative and festive twist on a Superbowl party!
